About this role
Tier 11 is committed to creating and scaling a new BDR division. We are looking to hire a BDR Manager who has experience with BDR processes and sales operations. He/she must understand what processes, personnel and tech stack are required to raise this new capability within our remote organisation. This person must also be an effective manager and leader of people – someone who is capable of growing, managing and mentoring a sales team of junior BDR reps.
You will work closely with the Account Executive/VP of Growth to raise this capability within Tier 11. The aim is to quickly scale this team under your leadership/guidance, hiring additional BDR’s that you will mentor and manage to success.
The potential impact this role/capability will bring to Tier 11 is immense. It will facilitate our organization to get laser focused on our ideal customer and develop consistency in our outbound efforts in generating additional appointments. When this succeeds, this allow Tier 11 to hit our ambitious growth and revenue goals – your role will be challenging and central to this success.
The right person for this role will be a high-performing professional who has a base understanding of digital marketing and is willing to get in the trenches and work with us on dialing in processes and procedures. You/ your team will initially be committed to generating 6-12 new appointments per month and minimum 1-2 deals per month coming from teams efforts.
Things to keep in mind:
- This is a highly challenging role with a large amount of responsibility and freedom to execute. You will be trusted from day one to own and build an entirely new capability. Thus, this person must demonstrate high levels of initiative, follow-through and independence in the way they operate – there is no room for micromanagement here.
- You will be expected to develop and raise a BDR capability from scratch. This includes all processes, procedures, tech and involvement in hiring and training of your BDR reps.
